• Salary between €3104,- and €3678,-
• Full-time guaranteed hours in 3 shifts

What else will you take with you as a future Operator?

• Minimum MBO-3 working and thinking level;
• Experience with setting up, adjusting, and converting machines;
• Knowledge and experience with operational management of production employees;
• Proficiency in Dutch or English;Eager to learn, independent, and strong problem-solving skills;
• Team player with a drive for continuous improvement;
• Willingness to work flexibly in 3 shifts. (6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. to midnight / midnight to 6:00 a.m.)

As an Operator, you will lead the production process like a true captain, constantly monitoring progress and steering it towards success! As a true linchpin in the web of production and logistics, you will coordinate the availability of materials and, like a true troubleshooter, spring into action when minor malfunctions occur.

• You ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines in the workplace;
• You ensure that the machines function properly by adjusting them accurately and, if necessary, converting them according to clear instructions;
• You ensure that your production line runs smoothly and that the line is supplied on time;
• You roll up your sleeves and work on the production line to achieve the desired result together with your team;
• You identify and resolve minor malfunctions;
• You ensure proper reporting at the end of the shift.

With around 700 cheerful faces (at multiple locations), packaging is carried out daily with great job satisfaction for world-famous chocolate, candy, and food producers.
