YOUR CAREER What you will do

• You are responsible for the complete HR policy, both nationally and internationally;

• Leading, coaching, and developing the HR team;

• Advising the management on HR issues related to organizational goals and ambitions;

• Developing and implementing HR plans with a focus on digitalization and efficient processes - working with the team to continuously professionalize in a Scrum environment;

• Ensuring compliance with labor law frameworks and reducing risks by keeping a strong HR organization in control.

Job requirements

YOUR TALENTS What you bring

• A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant HR and leadership experience;

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as labor law and Metalektro collective labor agreement;

• A motivating leadership style that encourages collaboration and growth;

• A process-oriented view with attention to both the big picture and details;

• You have a proactive, assertive, and results-oriented mindset with organizational sensitivity;

• Accessible advisory skills and strong at conceptual and practical level discussions - you are visible and approachable at all levels.
