About BG.legal
BG.legal is a full-service law firm with 28 lawyers and legal professionals working across various areas of law in different teams. The Employment Law team collaborates closely with the Corporate Law and M&A teams. Our clients are often employers (from SMEs to large healthcare institutions), but we also represent (statutory) directors and employees (primarily senior management). From absenteeism and reorganization issues to non-compete clauses, labor disputes, and dismissals: our specialists work with clients to find solutions and litigate where necessary. The primary goal is to alleviate burdens and make a difference for our clients. Not by creating barriers and obstacles but by recognizing opportunities and making it possible to seize those opportunities.
Our Locations
Our head office is located in the center of 's-Hertogenbosch. Additionally, we are located at the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven.
Profile Senior Lawyer Employment Law
- More than 10 years of experience as a legal professional/lawyer in employment law (Grotius or Pala completed)
- Ambitious, commercial mindset, reflected in an interesting network and bringing along your own practice
- Interest in networking and acquisition both nationally and internationally
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English in both spoken and written form
- Outstanding communication skills
- A "hands-on" mentality.
