Job description:

As a Marketing Strategist, you are the driving force behind the strategic marketing approach for our clients. You translate their challenges into crystal-clear objectives and convert these into well-thought-out, effective strategies.

Your role includes:

• Analyzing target groups and market opportunities, and providing strategic advice
• Developing marketing plans that align perfectly with sales goals
• Working closely with content developers and data analysts to continuously optimize campaigns
• Analyzing data and results, and adjusting campaigns accordingly
• Advising and persuading clients on strategic choices

Your work rarely begins with a ready-made briefing and is based on a long-term vision and objectives. You independently determine how to use the available time and resources most effectively. Sometimes that means managing colleagues; at other times, it's more efficient to handle operational tasks yourself.

With your analytical insight, market knowledge, and close collaboration with clients, you are able to present and successfully roll out marketing strategies. You ensure that campaigns are not seen as a cost but as a smart investment with measurable returns.

What we expect of you:

• you have substantial experience, a passion for online marketing and are driven by results
• you can translate abstract objectives into practical process steps
• you have strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
• you are educated on a bachelor's-level program at a university of applied sciences and have 3+ years of relevant work experience (corporate or agency side)
• you are a real team player who finds fulfilment in achieving success together
• you are really committed: not because you have to, but because you are intrinsically interested in results
• you live within an hour's travel from Veldhoven
