Als Project Manager Business Transformation ga je voor verschillende Sales & Supply Chain afdelingen strategische projecten leiden. Een daarvan is de Horeca verkoopafdeling (Out of Home); een dynamisch wereld, smaakvol en altijd in beweging. Met de projecten kan je een (groot) verschil maken voor zowel de Swinkels medewerkers als partner bedrijven waar wij mee werken! De projecten zijn uitdagend en divers waardoor je jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen en je elke dag weer iets leert. Samengevat; uitdagende projecten waar je nooit genoeg van kan krijgen.

Je werkt samen met afdelingshoofden aan een slimmere en betere bedrijfsvoering. Daarnaast kom je te werken in een leuk team van Project Managers, die staan voor gedegen opleveringen en resultaat binnen Royal Swinkels.

Wat ga je doen?

• Als Project Manager leid je strategische Sales & Supply Chain projecten binnen de business transformatie van Royal Swinkels en stuurt op tijd, budget en resultaat.

• Je lost problemen op, beheert risico's en verwerkt projectwijzigingen in de nieuwe aanpak.

• Ook rapporteer je over de status, planning, financiën, scope en kwaliteit van je projecten aan de programma leiding.

• Je helpt de business process owner bij het identificeren, definiëren, plannen en realiseren van de voordelen van het project en werkt aan procesverbetering.

• In jouw rol als Project Manager heb je oog voor verandermanagement en de impact van nieuwe manieren van werken en verzorgt de communicatie richting alle betrokkenen.

Dit ben jij

• Je hebt een HBO/WO diploma, aangevuld met 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring in complexe projecten en programma's, bij voorkeur rondom ERP en business transformaties.

• Het is een pré als je ervaring hebt met Sales & Supply Chain gerelateerde projecten en al enige affiniteit hebt met projectmanagement methodieken zoals Prince2, IPMA, Agile/Scrum.

• Bij voorkeur ben je ook bekend met applicaties zoals MS Project, SAP of andere tools.

• Als Project Manager zijn relaties jouw kracht: je bouwt contacten met de business en stakeholders, leert processen en systemen begrijpen waardoor je echt kunt adviseren en zorgt er zo voor dat je projecten niet alleen succesvol implementeert, maar ook echt gedragen worden door de business.
