    We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Advertising Specialist to join our Marketing & E-commerce team.

    At Voetbalshop®, football is more than a sport - it's a passion. With 29 physical stores and a strong e-commerce presence in the Netherlands and Belgium, we provide everything football fans need: from the latest boots and kits to exclusive fan gear.

    To strengthen our team, we are searching for a driven advertising professional who will help us grow across multiple paid media channels and take our digital presence to the next level.

    Job Description

    As an Advertising Specialist, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.

    You'll manage campaign strategy, budget allocation, performance tracking, and creative testing to ensure optimal ROI and brand visibility across all digital channels.

    You will work closely with our content creators, designers, and data analysts to deliver high-performing, data-driven campaigns that engage both football players and fans.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    - Managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant advertising platforms.

    - Monitoring performance in Google Analytics and other tracking tools, identifying opportunities to improve results.

    - Developing testing strategies (A/B tests) for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

    - Collaborating with content and design teams to create compelling ad materials tailored to each platform.

    - Reporting on campaign performance and translating data insights into actionable recommendations.

    - Exploring new digital channels and advertising formats to reach football fans effectively.

    - Supporting omnichannel initiatives that connect online campaigns with physical stores and partner clubs.

    What We Look For

    - At least 2 years of experience in online marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.

    - Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.

    - Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and conversion attribution.

    - Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).

    - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into results.

    - Creative and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.

    - Passion for football and affinity with football products.

    - Hands-on mentality and eagerness to experiment and learn continuously.

    - Experience with MySQL, Python and email marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
