Your role as a IT Support Employee:

As a IT Support Employee at Aquadistri, you handle all assigned IT and data support requests for all companies within the Aquatic Wholesale Group (AWG). Aquadistri BV is one of the key entities within AWG, and most IT and data activities take place here.

You're always ready to assist colleagues and genuinely enjoy doing so. Alongside the Support Supervisor (or ICT Manager), you are the first point of contact for all support-related questions within the organization.

The support department manages and maintains the following programs and services:

• Workstations
• Printers (Xerox and Zebra)
• Kerridge Wholesale
• Actemium Basic LES
• Citrix Desktop Environment
• Microsoft Office
• Power BI Data Reporting
• Visual Basic for Applications
• Digital Order Processing via EDI
• Dovetail
• Portal4Sales (digital order platform)
• Elvy Invoice Scanning
• Beeyond PIM
• REST API
• GS1 Data Exchange

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining various programs and data systems
• Resolving support tickets
• Improving existing programs and data
• Optimizing work processes through automation

You completely recognise yourself in this profile:

We process many orders daily, so we're looking for a new colleague who can adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure. You enjoy alternating between working independently and engaging with colleagues and stakeholders.

You are armed with the following skills:

• At least 1 year of experience as a support employee
• Experience with Kerridge Wholesale and Actemium Basic LES is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office 365 and Excel
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English
• Strong analytical thinking skills

Your work environment at AquaDistri:

We are AquaDistri B.V. a proud branch of the Aquatic Wholesale Group. We supply an extensive range of products, including ornamental- and pond fish, aquarium plants and reptiles, to more than 3,500 shops both nationally and internationally! At our logistics centre in Klundert, everything comes together - from goods to fish and plants - to collect and prepare orders for shipment. We take care of transport ourselves, with our own team of drivers and together with transport partners.

Our headquarters, the Aqua Campus, is located in Breda. Here, we organize training sessions for the entire sales team three times a year, focusing on both new and existing product ranges. These trainings ensure that our team is always equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge, enabling us to advise and support our customers in the best possible way
