With Talent Manager, employees and managers are in charge of the appraisal cycle, while HR gains insight into progress. Evaluation-forms are sent and stored digitally. Because of the insights into the outcome of the conversations and the time savings through much less administration, HR can actively manage development of employees.

In January of 2019 TMS was founded to continue the growth of the existing product Talent Manager. TMS combines a start-up mentality with existing customers and healthy ambitions.
With our successful product Talent Manager we help organizations to automate their appraisal style. With continuous and 360 degree feedback, we allow organizations to focus on developing the talent present in their organization. While the majority of our customers reside in the Netherlands, we've already welcomed our initial international customers.

We are looking to add a smart, motivated Growth Marketeer/Hacker to our team.
What will you be doing?
- You are responsible for the entire "online presence" of the organization;
- You find, seduce, and guide prospects from the moment they first find us online, until they become customers;
- You manage the website with an optimal SEO structure;
- You create campaigns, do A-B testing and visualize the effectiveness of different online channels;
- You create and manage the content calendar and chase your colleagues for good content;
- You manage the social channels, newsletters and SEA budget;
- You are a digital native;
- You interact with customers and give online product demonstrations;
- You create tutorials in the form of short videos.
