Open Positions PMO Financial Services - Traineeship

You'll join an international bank driving a large-scale transformation program to modernise its core banking platform. You will work within a multidisciplinary team focused on improving operational efficiency, risk control, and programme reliability. The environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and strongly geared toward innovation and collaboration.

Tasks

• Support the organisation and documentation of key meetings and decision forums

• Assist in preparing communication updates for stakeholders and leadership

• Maintain governance documentation to ensure transparency and alignment

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of team members

• Assist in financial tracking and budget follow-up

• Support programme risk assessments and mitigation coordination

• Help monitor performance indicators and escalation workflows

• Master's degree in business, project management, or a related field

• Basic understanding of PMO, governance, or portfolio management

• Internship or entry-level experience in project management is a plus

• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Organisational skills and attention to detail

• Team-oriented and eager to learn

• Adaptability in a changing project environment
