Description
As a Service Coordinator / Planner, your responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating service activities, both preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Managing field engineers and service partners, ensuring their availability and readiness.
- Coordinating on-site services.
- Overseeing case management, work order scheduling, and data quality in the service platform.
- Managing service orders and notifications within your region, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.
- Monitoring SLAs and KPIs for both warranty and non-warranty cases to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Securing spare parts, coordinating the return of defective components, and streamlining logistics.
- Keeping track of firmware versions, documentation, and compliance with service agreements.
- Supporting the development of service partners in line with regional objectives.
- Optimizing the use of service resources and ensuring profitable SLA services.
Profile
As a Service Coordinator / Planner, you bring the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in service coordination, planning, or project support.
- A bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to align people, processes, and priorities.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
- Hands-on experience coordinating technical projects or service activities.
- A background in technical industries (installation, construction, manufacturing) is a plus.
- Excellent command of SAP and the ability to use it effectively in daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a self-starting mindset.
Job Offer
Our client offers you:
- A temporary 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- Salary range: €4,100 - €4,700 per month.
- 40 hours per week (32 hours negotiable).
