Are you a creative painter/sprayer in the aerospace industry? Or are you currently working in automotive repair as a sprayer? Then SPECTO Aerospace is looking for you!

Are you a creative Painter / Sprayer in the Aerospace industry? Or are you currently working as a sprayer in the Auto Body Repair industry? Then we are looking for you!

At SPECTO Aerospace, a certified aviation technical company located at Lelystad Airport and at the airbase in Woensdrecht, we repair high-quality composite parts for the international aviation and defense industry. What do we expect from you?

In this role, you will be involved in the entire painting process and touch-up of paint defects from A to Z. You will work with the latest techniques and materials to ensure that each part looks perfect again. And all of this on location, where the real work happens.

As a Painter / Sprayer, you can expect:

What do we expect from you as a Painter / Sprayer?

• At least a Vocational Education level in the field of painting techniques or equivalent, and extensive experience, preferably within an Aerospace environment, and several years of experience in a similar role

• Professional knowledge of paint and how to apply it

• You are available 36 to 40 hours per week

• Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing

• You are a team player, disciplined, have an eye for detail and finishing, and work safely

• Driver's license B and you have a Dutch or EU passport
