WHAT YOU WILL DO AS After Sales Support Specialist
In this role, you support the sales process and ensure an excellent follow-up for our customers.
You are the connection between customers and internal departments, making sure their questions are handled correctly and efficiently.
With your service-oriented mindset, you help maintain quality and improve daily workflows.
Your tasks include:
- Customer contact & follow-up: You follow up with customers after a purchase, answer questions and provide solutions when needed.
- Assistance with offers: You support the creation of quotations and think along about commercial opportunities.
- Process improvement: You identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency without losing sight of daily operations.
- Service request handling: You ensure all customer requests are handled correctly and expectations are managed.

WHO YOU ARE AS After Sales Support Specialist
- Completed MBO or HBO education, preferably in a commercial or administrative field
- Several years of experience in a similar role (customer service, inside sales, after sales support)
- A service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Affinity with systems such as CRM software and Microsoft Office
