About the role

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping and professionalizing our Supplier Quality processes. You will translate business line requirements into effective supply chain quality processes, working closely with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and operations.

Your work will be mostly on-site in Son, where you will focus on improving Prodrive's processes and ensuring they align with the needs of our diverse business lines. You will analyze how things are currently done, identify gaps, and elevate our processes to a higher maturity level. A strong focus will be on supply chain and procurement processes, taking into account the different industries and levels of complexity in which Prodrive operates.

You will also contribute to Prodrive's company-wide ambition to be the best supplier to our customers in terms of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesigning and implementing a Supplier Quality process as part of the procurement process, including: Part Approval, Supplier Development, Supplier Auditing, Component and change management.

• Reviewing and providing input on Supplier Quality Plans

• Supporting the development of a Procurement-wide Quality strategy

• Analyzing current processes and defining improvement opportunities across the supply chain

• Influencing stakeholders without hierarchical authority and navigating a large, diverse stakeholder landscape with creativity and tact

• Clearly communicating, documenting, and standardizing procedures, templates, and ways of working

Profile

• BSc, BEng, or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical discipline

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing company as a Supplier Quality Engineer or Process Engineer focused on Supplier Quality

• In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance processes in the supply chain, including: Part Approval processes, Supplier Auditing, Supplier Development

• Experience with QMS standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100D, or similar

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience communicating across different organizational levels

• Enthusiastic and driven to continuously improve processes within a highly diverse and international supply chain
