Who we are.

NL Mobility is a young and dynamic company active in one of the fastest growing markets for a cleaner Netherlands, electric transport! You are going to help us place the latest charging stations that combine technological developments with a high degree of sustainability.

From installing simple installations at private homes to complex installations of large loading docks. We go for the challenges in the market and always offer an appropriate solution.

What will you do?

As cooperating foreman you are the main point of contact on our projects. In addition to your own work, you are responsible for managing all installation engineers and subcontractors at the project sites.

Together with our work planner-buyer:

• Discuss planning and make the concrete working arrangements
• Secure both planning and the high quality we deliver
• Arrange and monitor incoming and returned goods in the warehouse
• Ensure adequate materials, inventory management

Independent:

• Manage teams and discuss all work activities
• Monitor order, cleanliness and safety while working
• Be the go-to person for faults and maintenance or emerging challenges
• Enforce safety and environmental regulations at project sites
• Organize team meetings, toolbox meetings and participate in management meetings
• Report deliverables and experiences of the implemented projects
• Start projects independently
• Perform quality checks during projects
• Provide thorough records and information for billing purposes
• Ensure neat appearance of teams at project sites

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with excellent social and communication skills.

A team player who always goes for the best results, understands what it takes to meet a schedule, but never loses sight of collaboration

with others.

• In addition, you have at least a diploma at MBO level Electrical Engineering or the necessary knowledge and experience that compensates.
• You have experience as a foreman or worked in a similar position.
• You have gained experience in

  projects for both residential and commercial clients.

• You have an excellent ability to read drawings and are used to having teams complete assignments.
• You can work independently. You are flexible, self-confident and do not get stressed out by a setback or an occasional overtime.
• You hold a driver's license BE and a valid VCA-VOL certificate.
• Knowledge of the NEN 3140 is a plus.
