Job description

As Incoming Goods Supervisor, you ensure that everything that comes in is correct - from the lorry to the stock. Together with your team, you ensure the smooth receipt and inspection of goods, so that everything flows smoothly to the warehouse. Together with fellow supervisors, you maintain an overview and keep the logistics engine running in a fast-paced environment that emphasises teamwork.

What you will do

• Independently managing the team with a focus on team motivation and a positive working atmosphere;

• Guiding and developing colleagues, including HR interviews and strengthening the corporate culture;

• Coordinating logistics processes, setting priorities, identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with other foremen;

• Monitoring safety, order and compliance with rules in the workplace, with an eye for continuous improvement;

• Collaborating with other departments and flexibly stepping into other foreman roles where necessary.
