Assistant Foreman Assembly - Driving Systems

Job description

In this role, you will combine technical skills with natural leadership. Together with the Production Manager, you will lead the Driving Systems team and actively participate in the work floor. With a keen eye for planning, quality and safety, you will ensure that mechanical and electrical components come together perfectly and that production processes continue to run smoothly.

The Driving Systems team is responsible for the drive and automation of transport and feeding systems.

YOUR CAREER What you will do

• Realising and monitoring production planning with constant attention to quality;

• Leading and coaching the team, combined with actively participating on the work floor;

• Ensuring a safe working environment and proper management of machines and tools;

• Guiding new colleagues and BBL students and initiating improvements for greater efficiency.
