    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze their technical requirements and configure the Ivalua platform to meet business needs. Ensure smooth technical implementation, customization, and integration of the Ivalua platform with client systems.
    • Design and implement solutions within the Ivalua platform, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, best practices, and stakeholder specifications. You will be responsible for designing data models, workflows, and system integrations.
    • Provide technical support to stakeholders, diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure the optimal performance of the Ivalua platform. You will serve as the subject matter expert for technical questions, providing guidance on best practices for configuration and customization.
    • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to help them understand the technical aspects of the Ivalua platform and use it effectively. Create and update technical documentation for internal and stakeholder use.
    • Work closely with internal teams such as product management, stakeholder success, and R&D to identify opportunities for improving the platform, developing new features, and enhancing overall stakeholder experience.
    • Manage integrations between Ivalua and third-party systems, leveraging APIs, data mapping, and middleware technologies. Provide recommendations on integration strategies and best practices.
    • Work in a cross-functional team environment, engaging with business analysts, project managers, and developers to ensure a seamless end-to-end solution delivery for stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Applications Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar role, preferably with experience in SaaS-based procurement or spend management solutions.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, integration methodologies, and cloud-based applications.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL, and experience with APIs and Web Services (REST, SOAP) is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
    • Write unit tests and other automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of the code and maintain high code quality throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Ivalua L3 SQL certification is mandatory.Having L3 Integration certification is an added advantage for this role.

    As a Commercial Manager or Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.

    As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.

    This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands.
