Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to work in an international environment? Join MegaGroup as a Supply Planner and help us optimize our supply chain to deliver the best results for our customers!

What will you do?

As a Supply Planner, you will oversee and optimize the entire value chain-from suppliers to customers-working closely with sales, category management, and procurement. Your mission? Ensure inventory levels meet customer demand while minimizing stock and aligning with S&OP decisions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Communicate proactively with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to align demand and supply plans.

• Monitor the supply chain and resolve disruptions efficiently.

• Optimize inventory across warehouses and manage replenishment and intercompany flows using Slim4.

• Support S&OP processes and ensure operational plans align with company goals.

• Continuously improve processes, systems, and team performance.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or Business Economics).

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

• Team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, with initiative and data-driven decision-making.

Big bonus if you have:

• Relevant experience in a technical wholesale or retail environment.

• Background in supply chain management or demand planning.

• Familiarity with S&OP processes.

Experience with planning & optimization IT systems (e.g., Slim4, SAP IBP, Kinaxis).
