About 100procent

100procent is a highly dynamic marketing automation agency that has quickly built an impressive client portfolio including Nexeye (Hans Anders), Athora, Just Brands, NRC, DPG Media, Carré, Interpolis, Eye Wish, Profile, Carglass, and many others.

We're a close-knit team of around 30 colleagues. Every Friday we come together at the office for team sessions, knowledge sharing, and a well-prepared lunch - and we end the week with Friday afternoon drinks.

What sets 100procent apart is our unique way of working. We operate without project or account managers , meaning the marketing automation specialist is the primary point of contact for clients. As a campaign developer, you are involved right from the start of each project. Together, we surprise clients and deliver maximum results. Campaign Developer at 100procent

As a campaign developer, you will have a great deal of freedom and responsibility in technically realizing the campaigns we design. You advise marketing automation specialists on techniques such as database structure and campaign possibilities.

You independently execute and optimize email campaigns for our clients. No two days are the same: from independently conceptualizing and developing campaigns to joining client meetings to provide technical advice. You will work with a wide variety of clients and industries, keeping your work dynamic and diverse.

What we look for in a colleague

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think in terms of opportunities that customer data provides

• Fluent in Dutch or English

• Independent, flexible, and highly responsible

• A natural drive to continuously learn and develop

• Several years of relevant work experience

• Experience with one or more marketing automation platforms, such as Selligent, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Deployteq, or similar systems

• Strong in data management and building personalized segments

• Demonstrable experience translating business needs into technical campaign setups within marketing automation software
