Your mission

As Amazon Content Specialist, you are a key member of our European Amazon team. Your mission is to optimize our products launches on Amazon. Result oriented, you make sure the right Dorel Juvenile images, videos, A+ content and texts / keywords are on Amazon, all over Europe. Thanks to your creativity, you will improve our conversion rate on Amazon and duplicate our content strategy on other retailers' websites.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate Dorel Juvenile ability to maximize customer experience, brand presence and sales growth on Amazon Europe for all Dorel Juvenile brands (Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love, Bebeconfort, Safety1st).
• Manage and optimize our new products introduction process on Amazon (EU level).
• Make sure Dorel Marketing team provides perfect content for Amazon.
• Content optimization and KPI follow up.
• Owning organic traffic and conversion rate performance.
• Define key initiatives to shape SEO Content strategy.
• Plan and execute brand stores and Amazon A+ content.
• Create, execute, test, learn and plan to further optimize content and ensure Dorel Juvenile content on Amazon is best in class.
• Close collaboration with the Amazon Advertising specialists, KAMs team & the European (marketing) Content specialists to execute a holistic marketing strategy.
• Duplicate Amazon best practices on other retailer websites to improve our overall E-Commerce experience.
• Be creative, proactive and test new content ideas on Amazon.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or communication or related field.
• 1+ year of Content marketing, SEO or Digital Marketing. Amazon experience is certainly a real asset.
• Project management and analytical skills, well-organized, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to respond with speed and agility to changing consumer & Amazon trends.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are result driven.
• Creativity and experience bringing new ideas to fruition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferable other languages as well.
• Team spirit and willingness to grow within Amazon team.

What we offer

• A salary between 3000 and 3700 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
• You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
• You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
• The option of working hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
• Extensive retirement plan.
• Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
• Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
