Summary

As an L&D Support, you will play a key role in ensuring that our training organization continues to run smoothly within our growing company. You'll join a dynamic team of six colleagues based at our Zwijndrecht headquarters, coordinating various training planning activities for our national, international, and maritime employees.

• Manage a variety of administrative tasks related to Training

• Actively participate in planning the weekly and monthly training schedules.

• Enter and maintain information in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) .

• Serve as a contact person for training-related questions and communication with our training partners.

• Take ownership of a long-term project extending over several years.

• Arrange logistics for training participants , including hotel bookings and travel plans.

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• A flexible attitude and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

• Proactive, responsible, and a true team player.

• Fluent in Dutch and English , both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Experience with STCW certification is an advantage.

As a Tender Package Manager lead you will lead the strategic procurement and tender process for offshore foundation packages within complex EPCI projects. The role includes developing sourcing strategies, managing a team of Procurement Engineers, conducting high-level supplier negotiations, and evaluating tenders on technical, commercial and contractual aspects. The position also supports the development of overall EPCI tender strategies.

As a Commercial Manager or Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.

As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high-quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.
