Do you love tractors and enjoy working outdoors? At Genson no day is the same. Whether it rains or the sun shines, you make sure our fields and crops look great. With the latest tractors and modern machinery you will do all kinds of work. Of course you work to a schedule, but you also get plenty of room to plan your own day. What will you do?

As a tractor driver, you are indispensable in our fields. You ensure that our crops grow optimally and that the fields are tidy. Sometimes everything goes according to plan, sometimes the work requires you to change gears quickly - and that's where you come in.

• Flexible and stress resistant

• Independent and responsible

• Technically proficient and accurate

What do you bring?

• You are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week

• You have experience with agricultural or contract work (or would like to learn)

• You have a C driver's license, or are willing to obtain one

What do you get from us?

• A good salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for greenhouse horticulture

• 25.5 vacation days for full-time employment

• 8.33% vacation pay
