    Facility Expert

    The Facility Expert contributes to the positioning of B. Braun Medical as a professional, value-adding, trustworthy partner, anticipating and responding to customer needs.

    • To assess facility needs based on regular visits of the premises of all legal entities to preserve the good and safe condition of its infrastructure.
    • To ensure premises of all legal entities are well-maintained and the services required fully functional, according to legal regulations of all building related mechanical and electrical installations.
    • Initiator & internal coordinator of renovation/relocation initiatives with internal & external parties in close collaboration with .
    • Set up and maintain of Facility Administration in existing tooling.
    • Co-owner of building management system using analysis tools to support facility management reporting.
    • Contract management of current and new maintenance contracts at the entities and sites, including clustering of contracts in all related systems.
    • Clustering of contracts to gain financial advantage of large scale and fixed points of contact.
    • Risk inventory and evaluation coordinator I Prevention officer B. Braun Medical Oss.
    • Procurement of facility materials in relation to building management for all entities, except stationery (letterhead, envelopes, with compliment cards, ... in corporate style), medical products and business support products of which scope is related to their specialized departments.
    • To follow up & approve facility invoices based on underlying records.
    • Relationship management for facility vendor network.
    • Back-up Fleet Management.
    • 24/7 on rotating standby for the premises of all legal entities in case of calamities.
    • To act diligently & according to compliance guides by receiving, documenting & prompt forwarding of complaints/ADR's (Adversed Drug Reactions).

    Education/ProfessionaI experience

    • Bachelor degree/work & think level or equivalent by experience
    • Minimal 3 years of experience in Facility Management

    Necessary skills & attitude

    • Highly structured, multitasked & flexible
    • Clear and professional communication
    • Initiative, desire to be involved
    • Quality & sustainability minded
    • Sense of urgency & reliable

    Knowledge

    • Deep skills in Word and Excel, other Window applications and building management administration are a plus
    • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English skills. French skills are a plus
    • Organizational knowledge
