For our team Repair and Calibration we are looking for an enthousiastic Teamlead .

How will you make a difference?

In this role, you will work as a manager and lead a team of 10 enthusiastic employees. You will also be involved in commercial activities and have daily contact with our customers about our service-related sales.

In addition to the day to day management of the team, you are involved in commercial activities. You will have full control over the order-to-cash process and monitor the quality of your team's work in accordance with our service standards. In this role, you will also initiate process improvements and be responsible for the budget.

You will focus on the development of your employees. You will guide and support them where necessary and ensure optimal deployment.

What do we want to know about you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with MBO level of working and thinking, with at least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar position, for example in a customer service or sales support environment.

Finally, you think in terms of solutions, enjoy working with automation, have experience with Lean, have some affinity with technology and are fluent in Dutch and English.
