At Grand Café De Lichttoren you work in one of the most beautiful and largest hospitality locations in Eindhoven. Every day is different: from coffee to dinner, from drinks to big event. As Team leader you will ensure that everything runs smoothly - on the floor, at the table and behind the scenes. You will lead the team, train employees, monitor quality and play a full part yourself.

What you will do

• Leidinggeven aan het bedienend team en zorgen dat de service soepel loopt
• Zelf meedraaien op de vloer en het goede voorbeeld geven
• Trainen, motiveren en ondersteunen van collega's
• Coördineren van groepsreserveringen en events
• Zorgen dat gasten zich welkom voelen en met een glimlach vertrekken
• Opening or closing the case

Who you are

• You have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role
• You are hospitable, energetic and keep a cool head even on busy days
• You have a real hands-on mentality
• You speak Dutch and English
• You are flexible, including evenings and weekends
