As a Module Assembly Technician, you'll play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient construction of electrical and mechanical modules, racks, and cabinets. Your expertise ensures products are assembled according to strict work instructions and delivered on time, ensuring a smooth production process. You'll work in a high-tech environment, both in and outside the cleanroom, directly contributing to quality, delivery reliability, and safety within the team. With your attention to detail and discipline, you'll ensure every final product meets the organization's high standards.

  • The work takes place in two shifts:

Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

This is what you bring to the team

You work both in the cleanroom and outside and are comfortable in a technical production environment where quality and accuracy are paramount.

  • Furthermore, you bring the following:

  • A VMBO/MBO technical background in electrical and/or mechanical fields.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring lists and electrical diagrams.

  • Experience with assembly work using tools such as screwdrivers, crimping tools, soldering equipment, multimeters and wrenches.

  • Good command of the English language to communicate effectively in a diverse, international team.

  • Strong focus on safety and familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety, environmental regulations, ESD rules, 6S and company procedures.

  • Accuracy, responsibility and a hands‑on mindset.

  • Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system and in a cleanroom.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to support or train new colleagues.

  • A proactive attitude: you raise questions, signal quality issues and contribute to improvements.

General responsibilities

  • Delivering products according to specifications and quality standards.

  • Working according to safety regulations, IPC standards and company rules.

  • Maintaining a safe, clean and structured workplace.

Preparation

You collect orders, materials and tools, inspect components for damage and block them when necessary. You order new materials as needed and involve the Quality department whenever there is uncertainty to ensure proper quality standards are met.

Assembly

You read wiring lists, instructions, and electrical diagrams, assemble components into complete (sometimes complex) products according to the work instructions, and then place the finished products in the buffer.

Inspection

You check each order for material completeness, assess the parts delivered from the warehouse or other departments, and verify the wiring and cabinet assembly according to the instructions.

Coaching

You train and support new colleagues and assess progress and work quality together with your teammates and the Team Leader.

Administration

You handle administrative tasks such as completing receipt and handover forms, ordering materials and registering returns, reporting products as finished, updating change and evaluation forms, and registering parts and remarks in the required systems.

Authorizations

You block damaged parts, order materials when there are shortages or needs, and propose improvements through change forms.
