As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You keep the machines working, fix small problems, and share ideas to improve production. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you help deliver high-quality products.

Your main tasks:

• Monitor the production process and suggest improvements
• Do physical work, including lifting up to 20 kg
• Perform quality checks
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Fix small machine problems and keep production running

You will work in a two-shift system, where no two days are the same and teamwork is very important!

• A salary of €2,800 to €3,300 gross per month
• Shift allowance of €30 gross per day
• Travel allowance from the first kilometer, even if you come by bike
