Job description

We're looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer to join our AI & Automations team in Rotterdam. This isn't just a role where you "use" AI: you'll be shaping the way HelloPrint works across Marketing, Supply, and Finance. Think of it as building the machine behind the machine.

You're someone who sees code as a tool, not a craft. While you're fluent in Python, you're not interested in writing every line from scratch: you'd rather orchestrate intelligent systems than get stuck in repetitive builds. You act as a supervisor to LLMs and generative tools: guiding them, challenging them, and focusing your time on the bigger picture: the architecture, the logic, and the impact. You're fast, pragmatic, and driven by outcomes, not process.
