Our international client Geodis in Venlo is looking for enthusiastic order pickers who are eager to contribute and grow within the company.

Your Day as an Order Picker at Geodis

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing VAS tasks, such as bundling, labeling, and quality checks;
• Order picking using the EPT system;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
• Supporting and training new colleagues while improving efficiency;
• Working safely according to internal safety guidelines to protect yourself and your team.

What We Offer

We offer the opportunity to work in a motivated team within a leading international company:

✔ Starting salary: €14.40 per hour

✔ Performance-based salary increase up to €14.98 per hour

✔ Travel allowance from 10 km

✔ Overtime pay

✔ Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment

✔ Rotating working hours:

• Week 1: 07:00 – 16:00
• Week 2: 09:00 – 18:00

What We Are Looking For

Motivation is the most important quality we are looking for! In addition, you should have:

• VMBO-level education or equivalent;
• Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes;
• A strong sense of responsibility;
• Fluency in Dutch or English.
