Are you an HR professional who likes to switch between strategy and execution? Are you looking for the combination of recruitment and HR advice, do you have broad knowledge of the HR profession and the drive to independently take on and realize projects? Then you are the HR Advisor we are looking for for Genson Group.

Your Role

As HR Advisor, you are an important link within our organization. You support executives and management with advice on a variety of HR issues and actively participate in the development and implementation of HR policies. In addition, you will take the lead in projects in areas such as sustainable employability, onboarding, strategic personnel planning and culture development. You get the space to develop initiatives that really contribute to the growth of our organization and our people. You will also be partly responsible for the recruitment process within Genson.

What will you do?

- Advise executives on HR-related topics such as absenteeism, development, performance and terms of employment.

- Initiate, coordinate and execute HR projects that contribute to organizational development.

- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement within HR processes and respond proactively.

- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and instruments.

- Working closely with colleagues within HR and other departments to achieve common goals.

- You manage the recruitment & selection process within Genson, conducting job interviews and actively approaching candidates.

What do you bring?

✔ A completed college degree in HRM, Business Administration or similar.

✔ You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a broad HR consulting role.

✔ Experience independently leading HR projects.

✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.

✔ A proactive attitude and the ability to move quickly.
