Are you technically skilled and experienced in production?

Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, cold production environment and value structure and quality? For a modern food production facility in Son en Breugel, we are looking for a Slice Line Operator who ensures smooth production and guarantees that products always meet the highest quality standards.

What will you do?

As a Slice Line Operator, you are responsible for your production line in a cold working environment. You make sure the line runs efficiently and that your colleagues are properly instructed. Your tasks include:

• Operating, setting up, adjusting, and cleaning the slice line

• Independently solving minor machine malfunctions

• Executing the production plan and recording production data

• Monitoring quality, order, cleanliness, and food safety (HACCP)

• Instructing and guiding colleagues on the line

• Complying with health & safety and company regulations

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a candidate with proven experience in production. You also have:

• Demonstrable experience as an operator in food production (preferably on a slice line or similar production line)

• Technical insight and experience with production equipment

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety, or the willingness to learn quickly

• Good command of Dutch or English

• A critical and solution-oriented mindset

• Availability for a 2-shift system (06:30-14:30 & 14:30-22:30, Monday to Saturday)

What do we offer?

We offer a challenging position in a professional, modern production environment with opportunities for growth and training. The salary includes an 18.4% allowance (shift allowance + production allowance):

• Salary between €2,857 and €3,566 gross per month (based on 38 hours and depending on experience)
