Are you looking for a unique internship? The Zeilschip Eendracht Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic intern! If you enjoy working with clients and managing their travel arrangements, this internship is the perfect fit for you.

What will you be doing?

Upon arriving at the office, you will start your day by checking your emails and having a brief meeting with your internship supervisor to determine your tasks for the day. Your work will be varied and may include answering inquiries, managing our schedule, organising various events, keeping cabin arrangements up to date, as well as working with programs like Adobe Creative Suite and Mailchimp.

• Providing travel advice: Listening to clients' wishes and needs, and offering personalised travel recommendations. This can range from suggesting destinations to advising on the best travel times, accommodations, and activities.
• Answering questions: Responding to inquiries regarding travel routes, visa requirements, health and safety regulations, and other travel-related matters.
• Making reservations: Booking trips for clients in our CRM system.
• Issuing travel documents: Ensuring clients receive necessary documents, such as boarding passes, vouchers, and itineraries, on time.
• Providing support: Assisting with issues clients may encounter before, during, or after their trip, such as flight changes, reservation modifications, or handling complaints.
• Managing emergencies: Assisting in emergency or unexpected situations, such as rebooking flights due to cancellations or providing support with lost luggage.

What we are looking for

• Enrolled in a relevant MBO or HBO programme.
• Residing in or near the Rotterdam area.
• Possess strong communication, social, and creative skills.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Able to work accurately and independently, with confidence in approaching others to gather information or resolve tasks.
