Production Worker

What are you going to do

As a Production Worker, you help make sure medicines are packed correctly and safely. You will use modern machines, watch the process, and help if there are any problems. Clear instructions and customer rules will guide you, so you always know what to do. No packaging experience? That's fine! If you have some basic production experience, you can start quickly and learn more in this job.

Your tasks:

• Pack medicines following strict rules
• Find and fix machine problems
• Do cleaning and quality checks
• Provide packaging materials and run filling and packaging lines
• Set up, change, and clean machines

You will work Monday to Friday in a 3-shift schedule: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00. The good news? You get extra pay for working these shifts!

What do we expect from you?

• You speak Dutch well or have basic English skills, both speaking and writing
• You are focused, motivated, and pay attention to quality
• You are responsible and can follow instructions carefully

What do we offer you?

• A monthly salary of €2,760 to €2,900 gross (including a 20% shift bonus)
• 26 vacation days plus 13 extra days (ATV) for full-time work
• Chances to grow and learn new skills
• After 6 months, you can get a direct contract with the employer
