YOUR CAREER

What you will do

• Coach, motivate, and develop the team of Electrical Engineers;

• Improve processes, collaboration, and technology while bridging the gap between engineering, workshop, and development teams;

• Coordinate projects, monitor progress, and optimize people and resources;

• Translate policy and strategy into daily practice to further elevate the level of Electrical Engineering.

Job requirements

YOUR TALENTS

What you bring

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, making electrical diagrams your thing;

• You are decisive, take initiative, and have a connecting ability;

• Eplan/Pro Panel experience and affinity with processes and team development;

• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
