We work hard and have a lot of fun together. We enjoy working together with each other and celebrate successes. We frequently have nice social events and this year we had our first ski trip together.

In the work itself, there are many development opportunities. We have a variety of clients and assignments so we gain a lot of experience of how legal departments and legal processes work. In there we use and develop legal, data processing and tech competencies. We also continuously develop in the way we work: our behaviours and personal leadership skills.
