You will support the product line by maintaining high‑quality cargo data, running product operations, and responding to customer and source queries. The role combines analysis, product support, and customer implementations, ensuring that the digital solutions remain accurate, reliable, and continuously improved.

Description

• You will maintain and update cargo data by collecting, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of tariffs, rates, regulations, and compliance information.
• You will handle product operations, including responding to customer and source inquiries and supporting high‑value projects in a fast‑paced, agile environment.help
• You will lead or support customer implementations by preparing training materials, helping with migrations, and assisting with pre‑sales and onboarding of digital solutions.
• You will support with data mining and validation, including anomaly detection.
• You will track incidents with product and program managers, and contribute to the product roadmap and ongoing improvements.

Profile

• You bring a relevant degree.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You bring a strong foundation in data‑driven fields such as data mining, statistics, mathematics, or business intelligence.
• You demonstrate excellent technical skills, including advanced Excel/Access, SQL, Python or R, Power BI, and the ability to work with complex datasets and XML.
• You shows strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with great attention to detail and the ability to validate, compare, and interpret large data sets.
• You work effectively in an international, fast‑paced environment.
• You speak English fluently, Dutch is a plus.
