As an Air Export Operations Agent, you are the main contact for customers, airlines and handling agents. You handle all export-related documentation accurately and professionally and make sure all data is processed correctly. Together with a team of fifteen dedicated colleagues, you serve more than two hundred customers on a daily basis.

Description

• Coordinating and setting up air export shipments
• Following up on customer requests and resolving operational issues
• Preparing and processing export and transport documentation
• Maintaining communication with airlines, hauliers and internal departments

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics and Economics or a related field. Candidates with an MBO level education and relevant experience are also welcome to apply
• At least one year of experience in coordinating transport or preparing transport documentation
• Experience in airfreight operations is an advantage
• Professional command of English. Dutch language skills are an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with various IT systems. Knowledge of Cargowise is a plus
• Ability to obtain a VGB (Certificate of No Objection); costs are covered by the company

Job Offer

• A competitive monthly salary between €2,718 and €3,918, depending on experience
