Your Challenge

As Capex Procurement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the strategic choices in our larger investment projects, managing procurement for large-scale capital projects across multiple regions. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of equipment, services, and the best fitting delivery models. From greenfield expansions to major upgrades, you'll be the key driver of the procurement strategies and activities. Your challenge is to balance strategy with local execution, navigate supplier landscapes, and deliver value beyond cost savings. You'll also lead negotiations, manage risk, and contribute to sustainability goals. This role demands a sharp commercial mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for Capex projects, including equipment, services, and delivery models.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and engineering needs.
• Manage supplier selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability in Capex procurement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Capex procurement, in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in managing or actively participating large-scale projects and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
