In this role, you ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing process. You monitor the quality, cost, and availability of products and, together with your team, contribute to an optimized operational organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the Purchasing team;
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements;
• Monitoring the quality, price, and delivery times of goods and services;
• Ensuring accurate inventory management and performing regular checks;
• Handling administrative tasks correctly, such as receipts and invoices;
• Initiating improvements within purchasing processes and collaborating closely with F&B Management.

You will be working in a dynamic team where collaboration and hospitality are always at the heart of everything they do. The position offers a salary between €3250 and €4100 based on a full-time contract, skills, and experience.
