Contract: Full-time, 36 hours

Team: Shared Service Center (Finance)

Where we need you:

As part of our SSC team, you will support Perfetti Van Melle Benelux with reliable financial insights that drive business decisions. Reporting to the Manager Accounting & Financial Control, you play a key role in connecting functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial, ensuring accurate data, compliant reporting and a strong performance rhythm.

In this dynamic environment, you help analyze monthly results, support investment assessments, and ensure a smooth and correct period-end close.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Prepare, analyze and explain ad hoc, monthly, semi-annual and annual financial reports

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization with key stakeholders

• Lead and/or participate in financial and cross-functional projects

• Support internal and external audits

• Stay up to date on legislation, accounting standards and internal controlling guidelines

• Validate financial data with responsible managers and internal/external authorities

• Contribute to General Accounting & Close, Payroll, Intercompany, Overheads Accounting and External Reporting

The ideal recipe for our new Financial Controller:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance

• 4-6 years' experience in Financial Accounting or Controlling, ideally in FMCG or an international setting

• Affinity with IT and process improvement

• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and sparring skills

• A continuous improvement mindset focused on data quality and customer experience
