For Active Ants in Roosendaal, we are looking for Assistant Team Leads. Are you an experienced logistics employee with ambition? Or do you already have some experience in leading a team? Do you enjoy taking the lead and motivating people? In this position, you will be the right hand of the team leader. Read on quickly to learn more!

You are a natural motivator! You know better than anyone how to het people moving. You coach the people in your team and set the right priorities. You make sure that everyone in your team knows what is expected of them.

• You speak Dutch or English
• You have some experience in leading a team
• You are available for two or three shifts (in consultation)
• You are looking for a stable job for the long term

You are the right hand of the team leader in the Outbound department.

The outbound derpartment at Active Ants handles order processing for more then 150 webshops!

Depending on your experience, you will either immediatly lead your own team or start by shadowing and learning a lot!

At Active Ants, you will work as an Assistant Team Leader on the floor.

You will work alongside your team, get involved and stay hands-on.

That is how you will know exactly what is happening and what is needed to achieve your shared goals.

• You support the Team Leader in coordinating
• You guide and coach employees
• You recognize what is going well - and what could be improved
• You keep an overview and ensure that everyone is doing the right tasks.

Active Ants is a large warehouse in Roosendaal, near the city center. Products from many different clients are stored in the Active Ants warehouse. They do the order processing for B2C orders from approximately 100 different brands. The brands you will be working for include Mr. Marvis, Holland & Barret, Paula's Choice and Basic Fit.
