    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer relationships in the vending and beverage sector across the DACH region and the Netherlands. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong background in the food & beverage industry and a proven ability to manage complex accounts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage key accounts including coffee roasters, vending operators, and distributors in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland
    • Drive revenue growth and meet defined KPI targets for assigned customers
    • Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
    • Lead contract negotiations and implement pricing strategies
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with international teams
    • Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking
    • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

    Objectives

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Achieve sustainable growth in sales volume and profit margins

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • University degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
    • 8 years of experience in the food & beverage industry (branded goods or private label), managing key accounts in out-of-home, retail, or industrial channels
    • Proven success in international account management
