Introduction

Spectral is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to own the delivery and operational execution of our STELLAR portfolio .

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects from contract signature through onboarding , after which projects are formally handed over to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) .

You will act as the central bridge between management, technical teams, and clients , ensuring that delivery operations run smoothly, predictably, and at high quality. This role combines delivery leadership, operational excellence and client relationship management , with a strong focus on continuous improvement and performance management.

How Delivery & O&M Work Together (STELLAR)

The Delivery Lead and the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Lead work as a tightly aligned leadership pair, jointly responsible for the full customer lifecycle from contract signature through long-term operations.

Clear Ownership by Phase

• Delivery Lead owns all projects from signature through onboarding .
• O&M Lead owns all projects from post-onboarding through live operations .
• A formal handover process ensures continuity, accountability, and zero loss of operational context.

Joint Customer Responsibility

• During onboarding and stabilization, both roles may be jointly involved in:

  • Client communication

  • Risk management

  • Escalations

• Seamless customer experience with no visible internal handover friction.

About you

Must have:

• 5+ years in portfolio and delivery management , including prioritization across teams.

• Strong experience aligning resources with business and client needs

• Solid background in process creation, optimization, and continuous improvement .

• Hands-on experience working with KPIs and performance metrics

• Electrical engineering/industrial automation (or comparable) engineering background , with a strong understanding of the implementation of software and hardware / IoT technologies

• Strong communication skills with the ability to report clearly and effectively to senior leadership (COO).
