Job vacancy: Installation technician (pipefitter)

Are you a technician/pipefitter with a passion for piping systems? Are you eager to learn everything about FRP piping systems? Then we have a challenging position as a technician/pipefitter for you!

Due to the growth of our projects, we are looking for installation technicians/pipefitters/flange fitters. You are experienced in installing and fitting steel pipes and curious about the possibilities of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP).

This is your challenge!

• As a pipefitter - installation technician, you will install prefab piping systems on-site at our customers' locations. Our pipes are primarily used for fire water systems, transport, and drainage in the (petro)chemical industry.
• You will work alongside fellow technicians and a foreman or supervisor.
• At our workshop in Bergen op Zoom, we will train you to ensure you are well-prepared for your work, including installation instructions, drawings, and safety and quality guidelines.
• You will be working with professional tools, performing tasks such as assembling, laminating, welding, and pipe fitting.

We are looking for technicians who:

• Are motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working independently and in a team.
• Are eager to learn all about the application of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP).
• Have a technical education at a minimum of MBO-2 level (a diploma is not required).
• Are recent graduates or have experience with (steel) piping or technical work from another field.
• Can read technical drawings (but this can also be learned).
• Speak, understand, and can read Dutch and/or English.
