Functieomschrijving

Are you accurate, proactive, and do you enjoy structure and organization? Then we are looking for you. To strengthen our Finance department, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will ensure that our administrative processes run smoothly, carefully, and correctly.

As an Administrative Assistant at our Papendrecht location, you will be an important link within our Finance department. You will ensure that our financial administration is accurate, well-organized, and up to date. With your meticulous approach and sense of structure, you will support the organization in the correct and efficient processing of financial and administrative processes.

You will process and check purchase invoices, process bank receipts, and prepare creditor payments in AFAS. In addition, you will perform credit management and monitor outstanding items. You will manage administrative data and ensure that files are complete and correctly recorded. You will also monitor incoming emails and handle phone calls professionally.
