We are urgently looking for a Logistics Administrative Assistant for the administration of our Fashion/Lifestyle clients at our Moerdijk branch.

The position

In this position, you will have one or more clients for whom you are responsible for the administration. You will also have contact with the client and the warehouse, ensuring that all logistical processes from, to, and within the Warehouse run smoothly. You will also manage the associated (international) transport effectively.

It is important in this position that you are independent, accurate, and also maintain a good relationship with your client(s).

What you bring

• MBO level of professional and intellectual ability;
• Experience within the logistics sector is a strong advantage;
• Good command of WMS and Microsoft Office 365;
• Accurate, proactive, and no 9-to-5 mentality;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
