Your mission

We're looking for a Consumer & Market Research Intern to support our ongoing insights and user research activities. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about consumer behavior, enjoys working with data, and wants to gain hands-on experience in market and user research within a fast-moving environment.

You'll assist the team with data collection and analysis, consumer surveys, user testing coordination, and reporting. You'll also help manage our growing online community of parents who participate in product testing and surveys.

Key responsibilities

• Support consumer and market insights by gathering and organizing market and retail data from internal and external sources.
• Assist with dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, including checking data accuracy and updating datasets.
• Help organize and manage user and fitting tests with parents, including maintaining the participant database, coordinating test sessions, and communicating with participants.
• Set up and distribute surveys via our online community platform, follow up with participants, and summarize results.
• Support internal newsletters and reporting by drafting short updates, visualizing data, and preparing presentations.
• Contribute to community engagement by running small polls, discussions, and sweepstakes to reward participants.
• Assist with social listening tools and help summarize online discussions and brand mentions.

Your profile

• You are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You enjoy both working with data and communicating with people. You're curious about what drives consumers and want to see how market insights shape real-world products.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market or consumer research methods (e.g., surveys, data analysis, interviews).
• Comfortable working with Excel and/or other data visualization tools (Power BI experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of an additional European language (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a plus.
• Comfortable managing multiple small tasks and coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

What we offer

• An internship allowance up to €500 a month based on your education level and experience.
• This is a position for 32-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
• The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
