As a Banqueting Supervisor at Corendon Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all our banqueting and event activities. In this role, you ensure that meetings, events, and parties run smoothly and that our guests have an unforgettable experience. You will be the point of contact for both your team and the guests, working closely with other departments to ensure every event is meticulously taken care of. Your leadership qualities shine through in motivating and guiding your colleagues, while actively contributing ideas for innovations and improvements within our banqueting department.

What does the role involve?

As a Banqueting Supervisor at Corendon Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of meetings, events, and parties. From intimate gatherings to large corporate events - you will ensure that everything is meticulously organized!

• Coordinating and organizing all banqueting and event activities.

• Leading and motivating the team to provide a perfect guest experience.

• Preparing and coordinating with other departments for a smooth execution.

• Ensuring quality and service, from setup to closure.

• Brainstorming and innovating to elevate our banqueting department to a higher level.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Flexibility and ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.

• Hospitality is a core part of your personality, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in both Dutch and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

• Full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
