  As a technically and strategically experienced architect, you will work on a diverse range of ambitious projects, including schools, cultural buildings, and residential developments. You will ensure the high technical quality and feasibility of our design ideas. You will contribute to and review the designs, while keeping the aesthetic principles in mind. You have extensive experience collaborating with contractors, structural engineers, and consultants. You are able to communicate ideas convincingly, are well organized, and maintain oversight. You will be responsible for, or bring your expertise to, the technical elaboration and refinement of various projects. Your main involvement will be in the preliminary design, final design, construction documentation, and execution phases.

  You are fluent in Dutch, with strong architectural insight and a keen eye for aesthetic quality. You approach challenges with an open mindset. You communicate openly, take initiative, and enjoy working collaboratively. You have experience in design supervision and quality assurance of building projects. In addition, you have advanced experience with REVIT software. You care not only about what we do, but also how we do it.

  You hold a degree in Architecture from a Technical University, Academy of Architecture, or University of Applied Sciences (HBO Bouwkunde), and you have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience as an architect/architectural consultant.

  NEXT heeft als architectenbureau in de afgelopen 24 jaar internationaal naam gemaakt met ontwerp- en onderzoeksopgaven op het snijvlak van architectuur, stedenbouw en landschap. De rode draad in ons werk is verbinding: binnen de context van onze gebouwen en in multidisciplinaire samenwerkingen.   Als medior architect/BIM-modelleur werk je in teamverband aan de vertaling van opgaven naar ontwerpen en van ontwerpen naar bouwkundige REVIT-modellen. Je bent in staat om vanuit je bouw- en uitvoeringstechnische kennis in verschillende fases van het ontwerpproces een belangrijke rol te spelen. Je beheerst goede kennis van het Bouwbesluit en hebt ervaring met het aanvragen van vergunningen. Innovaties in het vakgebied zijn voor jou geen geheim en je zoekt altijd naar de best mogelijke oplossing. Samenwerken vind jij vanzelfsprekend; want jij weet dat hierdoor het ultieme resultaat wordt behaald. Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinair team van drie tot vijf personen.

  Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal (minimaal C1), je hebt een ontwikkeld bouwkundig inzicht, houdt van esthetische kwaliteit en je treedt opgaven met open vizier tegemoet. Je communiceert open, neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen. Je hebt niet alleen oog voor wat we doen, maar ook voor hoe we dat doen.

  Je bent opgeleid aan de Technische Universiteit of de Academie van Bouwkunst en hebt minimaal 4-5 jaar relevante werkervaring als ontwerper of je bent opgeleid aan een HBO-bouwkunde en hebt 6 jaar relevante werkervaring als bouwkundig tekenaar op een architectenbureau.
