AI Strategist (Business, Product & Innovation)

About Studio Vi

At Studio VI, we help organisations rethink their services and build the next generation of AI-powered products. We're looking for an AI Strategist who can connect business context, user needs and technology - and translate them into clear opportunities, roadmaps and concepts.

You understand the impact of AI on business models, customer journeys and operations. You're able to guide clients through the noise, identify the right problems to solve, and help shape solutions that deliver measurable value.

What you'll do

• Lead AI discovery and strategy tracks for clients.
• Map services, processes and data flows to identify AI and automation opportunities.
• Create AI roadmaps, business cases and actionable implementation plans.
• Define concepts for new AI-powered products, tools or features.
• Facilitate workshops with leadership teams, product owners and operational teams.
• Translate complex AI topics into clear stories, visuals or presentations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, data specialists and AI engineers.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, LLMs and digital transformation - and bring this knowledge to clients.

Who you are

A strategic thinker with an understanding of business and technology, and a passion for shaping how AI transforms organisations.

You have:

• A background in Business Analytics, AI, Innovation, Data-driven Strategy, or similar.
• Experience in consulting, service design, innovation, or product strategy.
• Ability to analyse processes, understand user journeys, and identify value opportunities.
• A strong conceptual mindset: you can turn insights into clear, actionable concepts.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Curiosity for how AI works - even if you're not the one coding it.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with automation, AI tools, or prototyping workflows.
• Understanding of data structures or technical constraints.
• Leading workshops or advisory sessions with clients.
